About this folder
If the folder you picked is synced to OneDrive, iCloud, Dropbox, or Google Drive, your diagrams will be backed up there automatically.
That's recommended — it protects against PC crashes and OS reinstalls. The trade-off is that cloud-sync clients can slow down on very busy editing sessions. Either way is fine.
